Manufacturing Process of the 3D Panel

1. Initial lamination: The process begins with the lamination of MDF using a layer of PVC foam.

2. Coating: Subsequently, the MDF already laminated with foam is covered with the selected PVC or PP sheet according to the requirements of the design.

3. Final texturizing: Finally, a texturizing press is applied to the surface of the panel to create the effect.
